Returns & Shipping Policy
Taylor Marine ONLINE will provide a full refund where the goods have been incorrectly described or wrongly represented. You can return your undamaged item to Taylor Marine within 14 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com to request a return. The item must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and invoice. All returns require a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) and need to be shipped to the address details provided on the RAN confirmation email. Freight/shipping is for the customer’s account.
If however you simply change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We regret that we cannot accept clearance products, items registered to a user (eg: EPIRB's PLB's) or computer software and digital charts. Also products that have been tampered with and are not in original condition and packaging cannot be considered for change of mind returns.
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at Taylor Marine. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
For cheque/money order/ direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for Taylor Marine to post the refund to your account.
Taylor Marine uses various freight and courier companies to ensure fast and efficient delivery service around Australia. Please see details when checking out. Please be advised that freight charges are non-refundable should you choose to pick up your order.
All freight/courier services include tracking which is emailed to customers upon despatch of the goods.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Items advertised with free shipping applies to a single item or multiples of the same item only. If a customers order comprises of additional products, the freight costs of the non free shipping items remains in place and freight costs will apply. The cost of freight is separate to the cost of goods, which means an order must exceed the threshold before the discount applies.
Certain products display this symbol: "†", this means that the free shipping offer becomes invalid due to weight restrictions and appropriate shipping rates will apply.
Taylor Marine only ships goods to Australian addresses. Shipping fees may vary depending on your location to in Australia.
Shipping Large Items
Bulky / Large items are goods that cannot fit in a Large satchel. Heavy goods are items or multiple items in an order that weighs over 5kgs. Bulk Freight is for orders that exceed 29.9kgs and require special freight conditions.
